Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage is a focused massage that utilizes multiple modalities. The session will be tailored with your specific goals in mind. This can be relaxing, address areas of pain, limited range of motion, and injury rehabilitation.
Therapeutic Massage is offered in 30, 60, or 90 minute sessions. 30 minute sessions would be best used for focus on one or two areas needing immediate attention.

Medical Massage-Bill Insurance
Medical massage therapy treatment is planned out with a specific goal in mind, and your massage will factor into a larger treatment plan that is based around your health needs and goals. Your insurance plan may require a prescription, and/or prior authorization. Verification of benefits must be checked prior to scheduling an appointment. I am a preferred provider for Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Visceral Manipulation
Visceral Manipulation is a gentle manual technique involving specific placement of soft manual forces to encourage the normal mobility, tone and motion of the viscera (internal organs) and the connective tissue and ligaments that support each organ onto our skeleton. This work is not to be confused with a typical abdominal massage. This modality is very specific in intention to the targeted tissue based off of the body's communication to the practitioner. There are two options for Visceral Manipulation sessions. First visit appointments are 90 minutes in length. This allows for an initial full assessment and treatment. Due to the nature of any massage work, to include visceral work, it may take multiple sessions for change to occur. Follow-up sessions are generally 45 minutes in length.

What to expect
A typical session will begin with an intake and an assessment. The session will be catered to your needs and may include a blend of therapeutic techniques and visceral manipulation applications. Every aspect of the session will have your consent. Visceral manipulation only sessions are available to book as well. Visceral manipulation sessions are typically performed with clothes on. It is best to wear something loose and comfortable for these sessions. You will not be under the sheets in Visceral Manipulation only sessions and may be required to be in different upright or side lying positions.
