Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage is a focused massage that utilizes multiple modalities. The session will be tailored with your specific goals in mind. This can be relaxing, address areas of pain, limited range of motion, and injury rehabilitation.
Therapeutic Massage is offered in 30, 45, 60, or 90 minute sessions. 30 minute sessions would be best used for focus on one or two areas needing immediate attention.

Medical Massage-Bill Insurance
Medical massage therapy treatment is planned out with a specific goal in mind, and your massage will factor into a larger treatment plan that is based around your health needs and goals. Your insurance plan may require a prescription, and/or prior authorization. Verification of benefits must be checked prior to scheduling an appointment. I am a preferred provider for Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Prenatal Massage

What to expect
A typical session will begin with an intake and an assessment. The session will be catered to your needs and may include a blend of therapeutic techniques and visceral manipulation applications. Every aspect of the session will have your consent. Visceral manipulation only sessions are available to book as well. Visceral manipulation sessions are typically performed with clothes on. It is best to wear something loose and comfortable for these sessions. You will not be under the sheets in Visceral Manipulation only sessions and may be required to be in different upright or side lying positions.
