Cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals - oh my!

Cancellations & Reschedules

24-hour advanced notice or greater is appreciated and will allow me time to offer the appointment to another client. I understand that unanticipated events happen. Cancellations and reschedules with less than 24 hours notice occurring more than 1 time will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment price. You will be invoiced via email or contacted for approval to use your card on file if there is one. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. 

No-Shows

Should you forget or consciously choose to miss your appointment you will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment price. You will be invoiced via email or contacted for approval to use your card on file if there is one. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. 

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened. You will be charged the full amount of the scheduled session. 

My Commitment to You

As mentioned above I understand that unanticipated events happen. After all I am human as well. I am committed to your time and delivering customized service that meets your unique needs. While I take every effort to ensure that our scheduled appointments are met, there may be some rare occasions when a short-notice reschedule is necessary. But rest assured, I will always accommodate your needs as soon as possible. I value our time together and I am grateful that you have given me the opportunity to serve you.
